On behalf of our Board of Directors, welcome to the Autumn Chase Community Website! Autumn Chase is a small, quiet community, located just a mile north of Lake Jessup in Sanford, FL. We are at the end of Hester Avenue, off of SR 427/Ronald Reagan Blvd. (between US 17/92 and SR 417/Greenway).
We are close to Lake Mary, the Seminole Towne Marketplace and the Oviedo Mall. Our secluded and peaceful single-family home community is surrounded by a wooded natural conservation area. Through the entrance way, most of the 140 home sites are situated adjacent to heavily wooded conservation land or large ponds. The home sizes are 3, 4, and 5 bedrooms, ranging from over 2000 to 2800 square feet of living area. Many homes also have screened in in-ground swimming pools.
Autumn Chase was built by Ryland Homes from 1999 through 2003.
The private portion of our website is for our homeowners and is made available to provide valuable resources for their use and reference. Residents can obtain complete community information as well as individual homeowner data by logging into the private community website. If you are a homeowner, be sure to create a Profile for your residence (including an email address) so you can stay informed as to what's happening in Autumn Chase!
